Rob Edwards along with Gary O'Neil represent the early candidates under consideration to succeed the former manager as head coach of Wolves.
The previous coach was dismissed on the weekend following the team's 10-match without a victory beginning to the Premier League campaign.
And both candidates - both of who have previous associations to the team - are among the options to be evaluated by the club ownership.
